There's one paragraph which says that an uninstructed, or a average person is still able to be enlightened, if that person views his body as self. From the growth and decline, one may become dispassionate and disenchanted with self.
But mind could be more difficult, because it is difficult to see the arising and the cessation.
as for what's called 'mind,' 'intellect,' or 'consciousness,' the uninstructed run-of-the-mill person is unable to grow disenchanted with it, unable to grow dispassionate toward it, unable to gain release from it.
