Hi all, I've found this in a temple recently and I find it is very good and meaningful. It is something that I feel everyone, of all ages should take time to read :).

Dear Friend MiddleWay87,
Yes, some of the content is meaningful.
However, just for awareness sake, this book belongs to 天, which is not Buddhism. But I do not deny some of the content is of kind advice.
Also to mention, if you want to know about some short Suttas on Kamma, you may want to read at the following website:
http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka/mn/mn.135.nymo.html
http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka/mn/mn.136.nymo.html
Also you may want to read the Mangala Sutta(), it will be found in many Pali Puja Books in many Buddhist Organisation, i.e. Buddhist Library.
It is a short Sutta, part of it mentions:
Mata pitu upatthanam(The support of Mother and Father), Putta darassa sangaho(The Cherishing of Wife and Children), Anakula ca kammanta (Orderly in one's occupation), Etam Mangala muttamam (This is the highest blessing/happiness).
May you be well and happy.
