  Human, lust and greed

  Asura, jealousy or covetousness

  Masturbation is an act of assuaging lust, an unwholesome act perpetuating rebirth, but not enough to be in hell realm.

  But, perhaps, if one develops a guilt complex, and have afflicted with so much self hatred and creating negative bad karmic acts towards oneself and others that one falls into the hell realm!
