Change of mods

  Due to the inactivity of the current mods and a change in the role of mods in this forum, I have decided to change all the mods.
  
  The mods will mainly help me look through the websites that people paste here and if they're good, paste it into the list. And also keep out the flooders and troublemakers that go out of hand. But try not to delete things please.
