Going for courses and signing of bonds

anyone here signed bonds when the company sent you for courses? especially those that costs lot of money?

if it's a course that i really wana take..
i dun mind wor.
but too bad, im not so lucky. -
going for courses can be dangerous, even more so if there is a bond involved. sometimes the boss expect u to know everything after coming back from course and will throw all the jobs to u.
most bosses' mentality is that they spent so much money to train u, they expect u to know everything. if don't know how to do then... -

I think the course everyone should go for is TaiChi. Mastering Taichi ensures that everyone survives in a company.

can learn on the job liao..
we dun need to sign bond if go for courses..
coz mostly is those short courses...

siao... I go for the course to contribute the company and still must have liability...
anyway, in accountancy, training course for new products is not an expense... -
if the boss offered u to go for a course but need to sign a bond but u rejected him, this might lead to the boss thinking whether or not u are sincere in working for the company. be careful.

it depends on the boss lor...
But I have to let the boss understand tat it is unfair to his subordinates... End of the day, we work for boss... In return, boss should take care of us... knn.. if he offer this type of shlt to me, of coz I need to reason with him lah...
Have to be pratical wat... and reach to a win win situation... If he really die die want to sign bond, then increase my pay after course lah... -

got two la.
my boss is sending me to take one short course, co pay.
but also stressing me to take the tedious course which cost a bomb, but i pay full sum. -
sigh.....

If it's something concrete which I see can put on resume, maybe I will go for it.
