  Ever experienced a situation where u sign a contract, then back out at last min 'cos got another better offer come along? wat happen har?

  In practice, what would the company which u already signed a contract with do if u tell them u not taking up their offer?

  just tell them u forget u have an exsisting contract with your old company.
