Do you get turn off by reading a thread that are long and winding? Do you speed reading and miss out on important points
Do you agree that every thread should be limit to a certain number of sentences(eg 3) or provide a brief summary of what is written -

I am now reading The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle..
its 480 pages of fine print
the book measures 27.4 cm x 20.1 cm x 3.1 cm
and i just scrapped thru 97 pages

or i relli have a lot to say on the topic....
so sian of writing long essays and reports and papers for sch last time and for work now....since im here, i jus wanna get things thru quickly and in a more relaxed manner..... -

the length of ur post is just abt the max beyond which my failing eyes get tiresome -
depend on topics..if i like the topic, i read the essay.... if dont like 1 dont even bother to reply...

If you want to catch the attention of the readers...or something interesting to share that is long winded...it is good to have a summary....
