Those that have bodyache, you need to do more sports/exercises regularly.
There are quite a few sporting outings in sGForums, folks like Zodi are organising regular Badminton outings, there are outings for biking, rollerblade...and of course jogging from time to time...
Healthy Body and Mind will leads to better quality of life. -

Will try to join ur outing 1 of the day if timing is okay. So far, no luck as my jogging schedule is pretty pack.
