  i was told she is a marathon finisher. Maybe her daughter is tired, so she carried her on her back and push on.

  Dont overexert urself. Ur run yesterday, plus today will take the toll on ur body as you are not used to it.
  
  always listen to your body. if tired just go easy. No point pushing too hard and get urself injury.
  
  next time, we chiong the last 1km.

  didnt even prepare myself for a run..
  im fine now.. i am ready to run now
