i am on training on weekdays and try not to run too much on other days as getting old leow leg isnt that good.
next week mah...mon/wed, i be at bishan with my training group doing 13-16km. tue mah...will be at CBD doing ard 6-8km (still dont know yet, must see how i feel after mon run).
2morrow i am MR for 25km...
