Do the run slowly, you can clear your thoughts and enjoy the scenary. If there is running kaki, you can chitchat and times flies..
dont worry, ur army buddy, will be there to give you a hand....if not....ur sergent will KICK u to the top.Originally posted by SGpork:im just afraid too steep i fall backwards

If you can, go and get yourself a heart rate monitor watch....it will help you to adjust, base on scentific calculations...Originally posted by SGpork:oic.
5km still ok..ok...
but used to 2.4 sometimes abit hard to adjust
My training run, i always do it alone. But for recovery or leisure runs, i will try to get some kaki...then more fun....and relax the mood and motivate myself further.Originally posted by SGpork:i run alone...

if we want to run and monitor ur progress, you need a minimum a heart rate monitor watch to assist you in your training. Most ppl like myself that enjoy jogging does carry at least one of those watch...but it depends on individual.Originally posted by SGpork:heart rare mointer watch...

Depending on what training i am doing. The distance varies. Could be from 2km to 20km in a single run within a typical week.

oh...Originally posted by kops21:the more fitter you are, the heart rate will be slower.
Heart rate is a good indication how much effort you are doing at that particular moment. We can cheat ourself tell ourself that we are tired. We should be slowing down. But our heart rate will tell you, hey you are slow...i can take more of this...come on....push harder....
the key is to know the distance of the run....do you want to run fast or slow...then you can calculate what are the ranges(heart rate) you should be doing, and keep up the pace with the help of you heart rate monitor device.
Yes...we run slow...chit chat...and get to TMM mah....Originally posted by CryoLind:so ours are just leisure run hor?
Next time i wana run more, when my nose not blocked.
