though physically i feel about 90% recover, but in actual, i should rest for 2-3 weeks. I have been to the Gym twice after the KL thing, feeling okay. i am going slow and relax at this moment, not going to push it until maybe next week or the week after. Let see how the body reacts. ur calf seems to be overstretch. Rest ur urself, if you wanna do exercise, go for swimming instead and let ur calf heal.
