There will be manned First-Aid and Drinks Stations set up along the route, the first being at the 4km mark and subsequent ones at approximately 2km intervals. -

The online registration is abit difficult to find, but it does have a link on the "top" left of the main page, if you "look" close enough...
make sure u have adequate training.... Do remember, the start of the marathon isn't at the starting line, it is months before the event. -

In fact for Full Marathon, there is no cut off time. Just that the traffic will be open by 6hrs and you are advise to run on the payment. -
