to have completed the marathon with almost zero long dist training and a bit of sleep the night before.... i guess i must have been crazy. hahhaha
but it was certainly a run of my life... and the pain of my life after that.
it was literally every step i take i was inching closer....
but yep... SG Marathon 06... i completed it!!! lousy timing but who cares... hahaha

Completed the full run with roughly same timing as last year, though I did not train much this time round, mileage only 20 km. And yes, this year's weather plays a big part, it was so cooling.

Well done to those that crossed the 42.195km finishing line. You have make it no matter what it takes.
Those that are nursing injury after the run, take it easy. Learn from the run and do a better run next round. -

i believe the age limit is 16 for 42km.
