  I read it when I was a kid... so it was magical to me.
  
  It ranks right up there with the fully illustrated 'The Enchanted Forest' by Enid Blyton.

  Not considered fast, Lau! Remember how the trailer for LOTR : The Two Towers was shown at the end of LOTR : The Fellowship of the Ring? That was a one year wait!!

  love narnia.
  
  thing abt narnia, like many 'classic' children stories
  is that unlike MODERN stories
  it has that tint of .. melancholy and tragedy
  think thats why Harry potter does so well
  cos it has that.. combination of overtones
  
  think... the chronicles like so many allegories...
  are stories you grow up with, read and re-read
  and the meanings behind the layers reveal themselves to you
  as you grow older and relate to the stories
  with a different set of experiences...
  
  very different ba.
  
  I like enid blyton a lot too.
