anyone know what skin is the best for sambal prawn roll??? tried 2 - wanton skin and popiah skin but all not so nice ... at a loss now..what skin to buy???
still got one big bowl of the prawn in my fridge waiting to be rolled...... -

not due to health reasons (tho it's a good side effect ) but i'm not a big snack person... hee... and i'm prone to heatiness so if i eat a bit too much (like, 3 cookies!) i get pimples/sorethroat easily

my top 5 faves are:
1) pineapple tarts..........
2) Kueh bangkit,
3) Kueh buloh,
4) love letters,
5) the mini sambal prawn rolls....
all are home made except the love letters ( to lei che to make that)...all my great grandmothers peranakan recipes.....scrumptious -
Just ate the Mandarin oranges today...in fact...taken 6..... Big and Small......
