I guess it depends on your activities or, more to my preference, your non-activity! hehehe!
BTW, I tend to dislike those package tours that follow a rigid schedule. I'd rather do tours free and easy. Grab a good guidebook like Lonely Planet's, surf websites, at my leisure compile a short list of 'must-go' and 'must-try' and 'must-eat' stuff, and then see how it goes.
Maybe, that's why I love to return to the same few places for a thoroughly relaxed vacation. And then, when the mood hits, to try out a new, adventurous spot.
Casually planned or totally spontaneous, it's all fun if the company's right. -

eff-ing killer of a day...
to compound it all, some braindeath installed a couple of giant plasma screens at the lorry bay.. within distance of being bashed by a swinging lorry tailgate...
to compound it all, my officers get to "use" another system which is proving to be worse than useless (it's almost criminal how bad it is)..
there was a fight between motorcyclists which got them arrested by the cops (blood was spilt)
and the freighters decided to forget stuff after the long weekend (like ethics, good accounting practices and the law)...
it's been an eff-ing killer of a day

Chocolate lovers, do pay a visit to the Basement of Takashimaya... there's apparently a booth there that sells this 'Royce Nutty Bar Chocolate' that's soooo goooooooooood!! My colleague bought a box and treated us to one each and my word, it was mmMMmmMmmmMMMmm!!!
