  Last night, on the way home after work and a movie, was stunned to glimpse images of what looked like a terrorist attack in London. Rushed home, turned on the TV and there it was - a series of bomb blasts had just rocked London.

  back from chinese physician...
  
  was good...
  
  he basically told me what i thought happened to me.. way too much "heat" in me, way too little sleep..
  
  gave me a huge pile of medication in the form of powder.. to be taken over the next 6 days
  
  also, he stuck over 20 needles in me to accelerate the process...
  
  strangely, i feel better now.. except the soreness which comes with acupuncture

  Take care and get well soon. With the TLC from Club 30, I am sure you will be bowling in a matter of time. Wish I could join but then, my avg is like 60 so you folks may be *yawn* sleeping. Strangely, the only "sports" I am good at is watch Chinese drama. Ask me and I can rattle off like an encyclopedia.
