  'Spirited Away' by Hayao Miyazaki has got to be one of my hot favourites!!

  THE Magnificent Bath House ... where it all happened!
  
  
  
  And... remember the Giant Baby, Bou? Bou and the Bath House Gang turn up in full force to wish Chihiro buh-bye!
  
  And... where's Chihiro running to? To stop her parents, who were transformed into pigs, from being turned into porkchops and bacon bits!

  One of the best cartoon I hav watched is "Fire & Ice". Talked about Ice-age (Conan period like He-man looks) where there are sorcery and mutants. The animation very realistic and was shown on TV once. But very violent as a lot of killing.

  I watched it once in the cinema and thrice on VCD. And I'll still watch it again and again!

  Akira comes to mind..
  
  Ghost In The Shell (the first movie) blew my mind away...
  
  Cowboy Bebop explained the change in the mood of the series.. and gave me a song to obsess about..
  
  looking forward to Ghost In The Shell - Innocence... have the DVD, not watched it yet, but trying to gather people to go watch it on the big screen as the Singapore International Film Festival rolls around...

  Hotaru no Haka!! (Grave of the Fireflies) by Studio Ghilbi....actually the cartoon they make are not bad...like Spririted Away and Hauru's Moving Castle..anyone watched it?
