  Good evening MG. I realised u've been away for too long. There were soapy foam parties held at Sentosa beach previously, and for the past 2 yrs or so, Tanglin shopping ctr had a machine which created fake falling snow out of some sort of foam during the x'mas shopping season - and they all looked like that real snow you're getting.

  I am assuming the foam they use for the artificial snow is biodegradable.

  Haha...no thank you. I've seen about 1-2 inches of snow in Boston (due to freakish weather), and that was good enough for me. If I ever live in a place with snow, think I'm never ever gonna take a bath or shower again, and I'll have to immerse myself into a whole tub of moisturing cream just to keep my skin from painful cracks.

  Yesterday was the Fourth of July (aka Independence Day) here in the US. As usual, I attended the fireworks display at the local park with a group of friends and took some time exposures with my digicam.   The images vary in size as I had to do a lot of cropping. The digicam was tripod-mounted and aimed at random parts of the night sky, so the skybursts weren't alway in the middle of the frame.
