Errr....alot of ppl find how we met unbelivable.
We got to know each other via wrongly sent email.
He sent a email to the wrong person (me) who didn't bother telling him that it was to the wrong person and he kept on re-sending until I got pek chey and told him he sent to the wrong person.
Then we started talking from there lor
Exchange emails, then move on to ICQ then meet up and the rest is history. -

my first bf... i got to noe him from a prank call apparently someone didn like me callin her bf, so she "stole" my number from his mobile and gave it to him n it was history from there...
as for me n nellie, guess everyone noes -

Married 21 years liao......how to condense it?
Life is a cycle lah. Dating, honeymoon period....then routine, then married, then stale a bit, then undergo changes, then a bit more matured, then back to honeymoon period (because "kia" (son) also big liao). Only left these two "lau ren jia" so buddy buddy again lah.
How? Like that accept ("suo huo") or not?
Anyways, met my hubby when I was only 20........still blur blur. He was a knight in shining armour. And me? A frog in a well. So, I have always look up to him. Actually, funny thing was I had sore eyes that day and he offered to loan his sun glasses. He was a friend of my best friend's b/f and I didn't know him then. So, not sure if that sore eyes blinded me. Hee hee.....I got stuck with him until today......25 years!!!!
After 25 years, he is still my rock. Of course we are no angels so sure got conflicts and ups & downs. But through it all, we stay committed to our vows and convicted to the marriage/family.
One wise guy said "big matters make small, small matters make none". Of course need time, experience, maturity to "mo" (grind) to this state lah. -

n the dowry depends on the dialect group the girl belongs to.. or maybe which one the parents wan the girl to follow
like my mother, she want us to follow the teo chew style.. the only thing i noe got 4 dian jing

My relationship with my other half went up another notch after our marriage. There is certainly less personal space moving forward but the togetherness that we share after that is a blissful experience and it's well worth the change.
Many things is no longer about 'I' or 'me' but about 'we' and 'us'. My other half has been making huge sacrifices just to make sure we can progress together and for that I am very grateful.
