If can quickly plant a secret cam to capture the entire moment, even better! I would've played delay tactics too, like, 'Oh! I wanna go to the restroom!', 'Oh! Let's go shopping!' etc etc... and see how he flusters!

Marriage is when reality all sets in.......... I guess not all will have a happy ever experience..
It does take lots of give and take under all situation.....1st year of marriage is always tough....
.... heard too many stories of frenz filing for separation divorce within 1st yr of marriage..
what has the world come to.....one year ago...happy happy attend wedding dinner....

one of the nite he went out for some meeting.... i was in the room watching CNN... and he came back with....

fine, i munching my sushi away, sipping the diet coke.... suddenly he turned to me and say....
"i've thot abt tis for very long...."
i smiled....
"and the best thing i can give to you is....."
i smiled as sweetly as i can....
"... is my name."
i smiled..... and he.....

after i recovered frm my shock, i asked him, "oui like dat only har?"
"u said u want me to propose rite? i did wat."
"but u also nvr ask for my ans?!!!"

Mine was:
We went to Meritius Mandarin Triple 3 for our birthday dinner (out birthdays are really close) coz we had alot of good memories at that place and I think he wanted to propose to me there.
However, because we were a little late for our reservations, I was out of the car really quickly (He wanted to propose in the car). Flowers were hidden behind) and he held his tongue and rushed after me.
After dinner, we were supposed to meet my younger cousins as they were back from USA and wanted to go to Zouk. They were having dinner at Taka so we decided to walk over.
Then half-way while walking there we passed by the fountain outside and he said he wanted to talk for a while first (I suspect something liao) so we went to the bench there to sit down.
Then he was like telling me grandfather grandmother story and was uhmmmm errrr arrhhhhhh, until I pek chey and said it for him," You want to ask me to marry you issit". Then he said shyly "Yahhh" Then he took out this ring and said," See this ring, nice nice shiny shiny one, you can't say no to it right."
Then I said," Where is my flowers huh....I thought you are supposed to knee down"
He said" Flowers in the car....dunno who walk so fast I can't even take it out to surprise you. Don't like that la...down here so many people I shy."
Then the rest is history.......... sounds corny huh -
