  Sigh, I cant report, if I did, their advise would be not to have the lanudry outside. Since i have to, there's no point loh.
  
  Like I said, whats the point of living above a neighbourhood polist post if things get stolen, have illegal immigrants living next door, neighbours commiting dangerous acts without concern, etc ?
