Handcarry luggage

My hand luggage is getting too tedious for me to lug around - it seems to be getting heavier as I grow older!! Making my old bones very tired after dragging it around (not to mention getting a backache too!)
Can anyone recommend a good handcarry you've been using / eyeing? And where's the best place to get it from?

Thx It's compact enough for short trips to Malaysia and it has the all-important wheels. 
There's a luggage shop at Funan, not sure if they're good. Chinatown would have a few too. -

I usually just use a knapsack with a sturdy waist strap - that puts the load on your hips rather than your shoulders.
