Actually, MG, come to think of it, there ARE tired doctors and nurses going around the hospital everyday.
That's because of our crazy work schedules and rostering. We never get enough time to rest. If you ask me, that's really crazy cause when you're tired / sleep-deprived, that's when mistakes or errors in judgement, tend to occur.

are there many slimming pill ads at that time?
coz i'm tempted to go get some Extrim or whatever, then go to a slimming spa after all these ads on late night tv -
