  no no... when i started to bowl, i was strong enough to heft a 16lb ball around..
  
  after injuries, i dropped to a 13 or 12lb ball...
  
  mostly using pure brute force
  
  then i decided to try spin bowling.. and with a 9lb or 10lb ball, it was perfect.. stuck with that

  spin bowling...hmm...not good in the long run....reason...u could injure your wrist if not done correctly..
  
  as for me,i am a brute force of guy along with my momentum...but sometimes its too strong as i tend to get lots of 1 and 2 pins

  i haven't a clue.. i've only seen one with a bowling pin in it.. drilled too

  agree...transparent balls are "plastic" balls...u will see cracks in the long run..
  
  and bear....having a bowling ball of your own does not mean u are cool or pro at that sense...it all boils down to your skills

  just like the thought of a skull in a ball
  
  and as for skills, it's sporadic... when i concentrate and pay attention (which is rare at a bowling alley for me) i can produce pretty okay results

  oh...bear...dun give me singlish....its just not you...Club 30 is well known(to me) for its prefect english and strong base of grammer,

  Yes. I would randomly pick up a 9 or 10 pound ball, and bowl as I have always done so. The results would be the same.

  I grew up in an English speaking envrionment,just barely passed my Chinese and guess what my dad dropped chinese in sec school,took malay and passed malay. Now you know..Maybe many of us here are poor in our mother tongue,oh how i envy those who are bilingual.

  Anyway i don't see any wrong in speaking singlish especially when its ok the keyboard,so to me OK to type in singlish but speak english LAH..

  Wow... looks like the hot topic for tonight is ... Bowling!
  
  I used to bowl with friends at the Queenstown Bowl waaaaay back when it was still buzzing with activity and pretty popular. The entire building's abandoned and in a state of disrepair now.
  
  I'm probably the undisputed 'longkang Queen' when it comes to Bowling. It's literally money down the drain for me!
  
  Did you guys purchase your own bowling shoes?
