just got back from work, started at 1200hrs.
This is it, i'm fed up. I am going to check when I can get to apply for early release. The amount of hours I put in doesn't justify the returns.
They always say "give and take". Yeah, I give and you take.
Now I am seriously going to consider any open avenues I can head to. -

one of our guys applied for early release, he's leaving by october so he's gonna clear his leave soon.
after everyone heard the news, we all wanted to be released early.
because looking at the way things are going now, staying is a waste of time and the money earned doesn't justify the effort spent trying to uphold the operation of the squadron!
I'm looking at ads, they need some part-timers for video editing. Considering that I'm inexperienced, I wonder what's the first step I should take? -
Before making a hasty decision to jump ship, is there someone "higher up" in your organization with whom you can speak to voice your concerns about your current working conditions? it's insane... i think your bosses have the same thoughts as my big boss.. he's trying to show his bosses that he can do the job with very few people... lower than what is necessary..
it does not matter that people will be half dead or even die because of their decisions... in the end, the REMFs will only see that the place is run, using a small strength...

My weekend was fairly eventful. I took a friend out shooting for the first time in his life (you'd be surprised at how many people in the US have never touched a firearm in their lives, despite the media's constant portrayal of a booming "gun culture" in this country), and then attended a mini-LAN party (i.e., under 12 hours in duration) on Saturday night. I want to carry on giving to the household, but I also want to give more that 100% to whatever I want to do.
My bosses still tell us we're 17% over estab. Fine, I'll help them get the number right. After my colleague goes, and if I get to go, it will be friggin 100%.
Even with so little people, we work like crazy and when we make a mistake they still chrome us. Like I said to my encik... It is not worth it. And he agrees with me. Sad thing is that our encik is considered 'BAD' to the management because he tries to fight for us. -

i've been fighting for my own staff.. so i've been tagged as "hostile" by my management..
my team also... so much so that the asswipe of a big boss has deemed it necessary to spilt up my team senior officers behind my team boss's back! he went on an overseas course and the transfers are effective today! my boss is coming back tomorrow!
the admin has also been spreading lies about my team, telling other teams that we will ill-treat people of other teams... and they have given "unofficial orders" to other teams to tekan my team officers!! this is straight from the other teams' officers!!

they will squeeze more blood from us if anything goes wrong because to them, the job wasn't done well so punishment will scare us to doing things properly. -
