Wah, Rhonda.........sounds like you ARE a cook, yourself eh? Hmmm....sambal udang....one of my fav. Do u use dried chillies? The whole house smells lah so I only do this on special occasion. Never heard of Keema. What spice(s) is/are in there? Sounds interesting. May want to try after your "disclosure", hee hee.....if you care to let the secret out.
You know for dao yew bak? There is an alternate. Babi Hong. But the spice is difficult to get.

Yeap, I think they deep fried the worms so now waiting for sng kum to go with the sambal blachan. This morning came in to surf also kia kia.
