It's easy to like dogs, but it takes a certain extra something in one to appreciate cats.
I love both, and some other animals too.

Do you know that cats only purr when there is a human being around? And purring means they are happy, satisfied and very contented with you. Sweet, right?
Not all cats are prima donnas, the Persians are aloof, certainly, but the local cats I'll tell ya....some are so affectionate that they'll just stick to you legs, your feet, anywhere, and it's not like they want anything from you. They're just happy to be with you, for what you are!
