Hey MG: you didn't go to your county fair? I saw on TV about this Cannonball guy. He passed two feris wheels. Hubby and I are like "wow!". His son is performing here in our Ex, but distance not as impressive as his father's.

Well, the county in which I reside, had its fair a few weeks ago. I did not get a chance to attend. Yeah, it's an annual thing. Actually, it's being held at our Exhibition Place, so it's fondly called the Ex. Alamak......you didn't read hubby and I signed up for badminton meh? It starts in the fall, at the local community centre.
Anyways, way before you were born, I was in the then F&N scheme in S'pore. Bet you never heard of it, right? I even rub shoulders with the national players. But too bad, I was never good enough to be in the team lah.
But I "keep mountain" for a long time already and recently, my hubby got to know a US Over-55 doubles champion who happened to be Canadian and living in our neighbourhood. So, in a way, my interest got rekindled.
Don't know which racket yet. I'm going to check out the badminton forum. Do you go to the forum? Great badminton forum. I rather get it from a specialized store than a general sport store, so I will go investigate what rackets they carry too.
So, what level are you playing at? -

Hello, folks! I know it's too early ... but I just wanted to come in!
I've been feeling so ill these past two days, and last night was especially bad!
I've been having my ol' backache and kneeache which got progressively worse from Sunday, and then last night, I was all feverish and had awful body aches and nasal drip! I couldn't even bring myself to log online because I was just too lethargic and bone-weary! Sorry... missed you guys for two days straight. 
Today, I just couldn't bring myself to step out of the house to go to work so I think it's better that I go and see a doc. Funny, I work in a place where there are sooo many docs but I have to 'go and see a doc'.
I have no idea why I'm having such bad bodyache... maybe, I NEED an Osim iPamper... but wondering... does it come with a hunk to operate it on me, as shown in the TV ads??
