Then, if you look and see strings of colourful viscera and flotsam floating by, you'll know what just happened!
I wonder why my digestive system can be so darn sluggish at times!

i would have emptied half a bottle of red into the sauce, less beef, a touch more herbs, and a touch of salt.. and heck of a lot more tomato puree...
grate some parmesan into it too.. -
