hard stuff... where it's around 80proof or 40% alcohol
stuff like Jack Daniel's Tennessee Sour Mash Whisky
also, i like scotch.. with a splash of water... especially the single malt stuff
another favourite for mixing was/is Southern Comfort.. good when used with a light touch with sodas like lemonade and colas...
rums are sweet for mixing nice sweet drinks...
gin gives me a monster hangover...
vodka, i used to store in the freezer, pour shots and shoot.. freezes all the way down and then hits your stomach like a nuke
tequila is sick stuff.. people drink the cheapo version to get blitzed... the expensive stuff is actually pretty good.. still.. monster hangovers....
and a host of other stuff which is very high in alcoholic content.. that's the hard stuff...
i usually drank the stuff without mixers...

They r strong, thick flavour wif very high alc content (>60%)
Light stuff includes beer, wines etc.
Hey u dun have to drink to join us on outings. Juz watch Bear guzzle n devour.

what do you recommend for a non-drinker like me to get started on trying?
i think i would like the frozen daiquiri drink.. -

the fruity versions are also good.. strawberry, banana, lime daiquiris...
i'm not good with cocktails.. i just learnt how to make that in the past for laughs and for the ladies in the hostel when there was a drinking session
as for wines, you gotta take it slow.. try the sweet dessert wines first, the slowly get to understand the complexities of each wine...

i tried wine before, red wine, i just dont like the taste, it taste kind of how should i put it, artificial? hahaa

it's a Bloody Mary... tomato juice, a touch of tabasco, vodka and dunno what else... i never liked it
