If memory serves, Littlestream suggested earlier in this thread that you avoid choosing a name that's too "regional" if you intend to eventually expand your business overseas. Silly question time: does Canada celebrate Labour Day? Monday is Labour Day here, and it's a public holiday. I'm taking tomorrow (Friday) off, so it'll be a nice, long 4-day weekend for me. Woohoo!

Are you in the heart of downtown? I used to, in Toronto. I like it then. So happening. The pace is so fast. People zoom here, zoom there. Okay, how about this? Illusions & Image. Actually, kopio, you can play with the word(s) in terms of the design of it. Make it appearling. So, just one word is good enough. But if you want to found fast in the yellow pages, then you may want to start with the letter "A".

I know what you mean about the widely varying workload. Some days, I'll come into the office and have absolutely nothing to do. I just end up surfing the 'net all day. On other days, I'll be inundated with work up to my neck, and barely keep up. That's the nature of programming work--when everything is working fine, it's plain sailing. When a system goes down, the users are screaming for the blood of the programmers, and we're scrambling to have fixes put in place.
Me? Drive somewhere over the LD weekend? With current gas prices? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA......

That's why I said, it has to be how you feel. You must feel good about the name, sort of believe in the name, then go for it. If you don't think the name Illusions spells your personality then, maybe choose something that is you?
How do you feel with CT Illusions? Do you feel good about it? Do you feel believable? Can source around some more. There's not limit. I can come up with some more like Arts & Image or SportsTake (i.e. if you specialize in sports), PhotoCut, ArtistsInLiving, CameraShot, Camera&Action, errr.....do you want me to go on? Choice is a stress, you know?
