Me ah? Still at my coffee. Breakfast doesn't kick in till like 10ish. I know, it's bad but I can't eat during the early part of the morning. Anyways, I brought a banana and a yoplait drink. Guess what? This has been my breakfast for the past 5-6 years. Yes, every workday. Weekends? My first meal starts at noon. Bad schedule huh?
Brought your lunch? Or eating out? I usually bring my lunch, oh, and my coffee. I can't bring myself to pay C$1.05 for a small coffee every workday. Anyways, for vanity reason, I limit myself to one cup a day, although I love coffee. Especially Timothy's. Do you have Timothy's. I love their flavoured coffee. -

try a mocha with an extra shot (not only for caffeine, but for taste), then add peppermint..

I normally make a sandwich and bring it to work as lunch, complementing it with soup out of a can. However, depending on my mood and the weather, I'll occasionally walk into downtown St. Paul and buy lunch at one of the food courts or restaurants there.
Nope, never heard of Timothy's. The coffee I get is from the gas station across the street (the same place from which I get the milkshakes!). Nobody would mistake the coffee there as being premium, but it is inexpensive and strong.

But peppermint? Are you sure? Doesn't it smells or taste like medicated oil? The peppermint to be purchased from coffee place or those baking isle?
For me, if I eat something spicy and followed by a hot drink, either coffee or tea, oh, it's heavens! So, is that tha same feeling with peppermint? -

Actually I was/am. Was because it got too much. Lost too much weight and run into some deficiencies. Am......well, am but then eating some unhealthy stuff too. Oooh!! I love the Takashimaya Basement food place!! Everytime I go there, it's a disaster!! I loved the ol' Yaohan Basement food place too! They had the best Japanese fish-shaped cake with generous helpings of red bean paste inside. Lovely!
I also loved their Sambal Chicken Wings! I remembered they used to be $0.60, then $0.70, then $0.80 until they peaked at $0.90 (I think). And then, they chup lup!
