Once I was at a spa and I found a really hugh diamond ring with smaller diamonds around it, in the change room. I mean I was the only one there and could have kept it. Finders, keepers. But I didn't. I brought it to Front Desk. Come to think of it, I didn't get any thank you note. Hmmm...wonders if Front Desk gal kept it for herself, since she was the only one there too.

this ball is abandoned...
it's been drilled and replugged so many times already
so much so it's of so many colours
i may go get a new one just like it at the pro-shop then return it...
or i may get 2 balls.. one for spinning and one for hook -

i am using finger tip hook...its hard so its crap for me -

didn't even know there's such a thing
the fingertips are just in the pair of holes and the thumb is totally in the thumb hole...
swing back, deliver with the palm almost facing your own body, flip up with the fingers.. the ball hooks a little.. not as much as i want it.. but slowly getting there -

I only know how to follow the arrows but sometimes also go gutters. But never mind, kala tak apa, action mesti mau.
But Bear, with your hurting shoulder, I thought you bowl with 9lbs? That ball 14lbs will aggrevate your pain or not? May caused undue stress leh. -

Well, I belong to the era where if my dad said the wall is black even thought it is white, I will still agree that it is black. And I can safely say, I have NEVER say a word against my dad before. My dad can attest to that. He will tell you that Littlestream is very gwai. Don't ask about my mum hor? I don't have one.

l'ilstream, i'm picking up an abandoned ball
and if it was something of worth, like a ring or a mobile phone, i'll actually go out of the way to return it.. i have in the past actually... a bowling ball abandoned, is different.. it's a really heavy ball which casual bowlers who go to the alley and use houseballs will not use
and hook, spin and all that? it's all physics to me...
and strange thing.. using that heavy ball isn't causing me a lot of harm.. i guess in the past, i was forcing the ball.. and with the 9lb, i was hurling it very hard.. this heavy ball, i'm letting momentum do the work -

everyone was occupied except me haaahaa
its so hard to find someone to come out and accompany me, maybe its thursday and wrong timing......

Hmmm......., I do understand where you are coming from, Bear. I know what you mean by abandoned ball. I just casually ask only lah.
That 9lb using more force and 14lb using less force is also physics, right? I am not a scientist, don't know how to explain but I can understand what you mean.
Most importantly, you have a good time. If I go, I like to go during cosmic hours. Just to soak in that neon and luminous lightings and the disco beat in the background. Hubby has atheletic bone so he is pretty good in any sports. But me? Average is about 60. -

Bear those hook bowlers generally find it harder to hit those extreme pins..So a spinner would solve it easily,and the thing with hook bowlers is that they seldom get a split..
