  Y'know... I sure could do with a friend in my home right now.
  
  I'm soooo scared!! I've been having nightmares pretty frequently these days.
  
  Thing is, they've boarded up the place pretty much cause of the upgrading. The door to my house can't really be seen anymore.
  
  Last week, someone watched my movements, knew I went off to work in the morning cause I was in my uniform... and then came up to my apartment and stole the metal water pipe!! It was done right in the corridor, before 10pm, when folks are still walking about!
  
  That made me really really scared, cause it meant that I was being watched, that someone knew when I wouldn't be home.
  
  I don't even dare walk past that coffeeshop now. Don't want anyone to know I'm home or not.
  
  And then, the broken window in my 2nd bedroom hasn't been fixed yet. It's pretty possible to break in from there.
  
  And, to top it all, there's this structure just below my kitchen window. Anyone could scale it and climb in!! Worse, there aren't any window grilles!!
  
  I've been so ti2 xing1 diao4 dan3 for so long, it's wearing me out! I don't sleep well anymore at night because every little sound sends me grabbing for my flashlight and checking to see that I'm safe and secure!
