We're going to talk about exercise in here!
I'm going to restart my exercise program now that my knee's is pretty much healed, and the shoulder's doing fine.
Tomorrow, I'm going to attend the Launch for the BodyBalance 30!
What's BodyBalance?
"A dynamic, fitness-to-music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed, BodyBalance combines the best of Eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais.
I tell you, this is the class that got me hooked! The music and the choreography is fantastic! The movements are fluid and yet, you need to exert a lot of strength, coordination, and balance and if you do it properly, you really work up a sweat!
And at the end of the class, a sleep-meditation session!AAaaaaahhhhh...
For more info, click here : http://www.fitpro.com/bts/program_description.cfm?program=BODYBALANCE
Then, off to the Steam Room as a reward for sticking it out!
So, do you exercise? What do you prefer? How often do you exercise?

Yes, we may already know the stuff they teach, but will we really do the exercises on our own, at home, with all the distractions?Originally posted by seow:All these excercise courses seem gimmicky and they always seem to teach you stuff you already know imho.
