If you see my opening post of this evening, you will know that I am also lacking the exercise/fitness.
Did you asked the maid to hide the bathroom scale? Talk about scale, my mind takes me back to those tall machines at the cinema in the 60s/70s. You drop a coin and get your weight printed on a ticket. Maybe you are too young to even know of such machines. -
of course i know lah.. drop 10c into the slot after the red and white disc stops moving.. then a printout of your weight and your horror-scope will come out in a little cardboard piece
i gotta lose my spare tyre.. maybe tomorrow night, i get out my pump and inflate the bicycle tyres then ignore the doctor's advice and go for a bike ride -
in other news, the horror may have started!

I got a wicked idea. You know those spare tyres? They can serve as love handles. Like if you have a pillion rider? then i get a nice little 19" flat tv and place it over on my desk Yeah, one in each bedroom, one in living, one in kitchen, two in basement (entertainment centre and rec room). And the other one in closet (since we bought the 50").
