learning how to hook the ball.. to quite good effect
now to get some semblance of consistency and i can do hook bowling
maybe i should get a lighter ball.. i can't toss this ball as hard as i'd like -

Spoke too soon about not needing a jacket. It's raining and windy. Gust at 50km. Oh, I feel like a flying nun. Just need to find that uniform.

But I have no idea about hooking or spinning.
Just go to enjoy an indoor sport especially if it's cosmic bowl.

Oh, I think it is normal, especially if you played really hard.
Like me, if I went all out in a badminton game, my hands will be shaking.
Anyways, hope it IS normal otherwise, I may need to get myself checked. -
usually, nothing happens to me after a lot of games at the alleys.. that was when i was using (in the words of ling) a "girly girl" 9lb ball...
i played 5 games using a 16lb ball this time
it takes a toll on the bicep

Yup, it's pretty cold here in MN too. It dropped into the upper thirties last night, and some of the outlying suburbs actually experienced a hard frost overnight. No wind though.
Have you come up with a route for your '2005 Fall Colours' tour?
