Yes, our townhome association pays a lawncare company to maintain the grounds. They seem to be doing a pretty decent job thus far.Originally posted by littlestream:Yeah, some part of the city has debris flying all over. Trees down and on cars too. That's terrible. I guess a mini clean up is needed.
Frost? Oh please don't. We bought tulip bulbs and have not even planted it yet. Hey, MG....you have a company that do your lawn, right? Lucky you. Hubby mow the lawn yesterday while I pick out chillies. I doubt they are turning red anymore so even though its green, I'm cleaning them out.
Oh, the Fall tour? Siong leh. Very long and far. I've to check it out with the other two families to get a feel. But guess what? The Canadian gas companies are trying to squeeze us dry. For no apparent reason, gas price went up by 10 cents. Nuts!

I like to mix Choya into my Essencia bitter (unsweetened) green tea with catechins from Pokka. Or, mix it into Ice Lemon Tea, or with Plum Juice AND green tea.![]()

Wow, that sounds like a lot already. We've been to BC but have not tread on Alberta, your part of the world and Manitoba. Alberta is definitely on the Must-Go list. How can we miss Banff and the rockies?Originally posted by Fatum:well, no .... i've been north, south, and west ..... west mostly ..... but not east ......
that's planned for just before i convocate .... i'm going to drive all the way to PEI in my old wreck and look for an odd job on a lobster boat ....![]()
I think we may move into the condo townhouse too, say 10 years later? I can't imagine doing the lawn and shovel the snow in my golden years.Originally posted by Meia Gisborn:Yes, our townhome association pays a lawncare company to maintain the grounds. You don't really have to drive far to observe the colours; you'd probably be able to see the colours on just a quick day trip into the countryside. Aren't there any national or city parks in your vicinity?
Gas prices went up here by about 15 cents per gallon overnight. @#$%&*!! gas companies.....

Hey, good idea. You should definitely work for a while after grad because I think you are allowed either a year or two, right? At least, get some documentations to keep your options open.
Of the Maritimes, I like PEI best. We went to that Anne of Green Gables home. The soil is really red. I don't know if it's really rich for crops but anyways, I usually buy PEI potatoes.
Oh, doing a double? Wah, you really can squeeze ah. But I thought there is a limit as to how many credits one can take in a semester? Maybe you have proven that you can exceed? We do fast-track here but only in the summer.
I wholeheartedly concur.Originally posted by littlestream:Hey, good idea. You should definitely work for a while after grad because I think you are allowed either a year or two, right? At least, get some documentations to keep your options open.
