In any event, with the increase in the number of tickets being sold due to the size of the jackpot, the chances of my single ticket winning is about on par with the probability of my being struck by lightning while taking a shower on a clear day... -
You just go to any authorized Powerball ticket seller (for example, most gas stations and convenience stores) and buy the tickets for $1 each. Mr still not 100%. I have prayed and trust he will be in good hands. Thanks for asking.
Weekend? Got to take it easy a bit. Watched three movies. Fav was Kingdom of Heaven. Oh, I love dialogues.
Joined some church friends on line dancing. I think I prefer Latin dance but still, any form of dance is good. It is my preferred form of exercise, anyways, and we do work out a sweat.
And you? Were you at work or enjoying a weekend? -

One oatmeal/raisins cookie and one white chocolate/macademia nut cookie. Yeap, that unhealthy.

Well, a little slowdown for a short while is good and necessary cause we all need to recharge our batteries. However, I'm just kinda missing those days! -

Hubby and I were talking last weekend that "what good is beauty when one do not have health?" What a great excuse to eat.
Yeap, those fast and furious days eh? But one thing I've learnt in life? Nothing last forever, so cherish while we are at it. Enjoy the moment. Not referring to this but in everything else. With friends, jobs, hobbies, lifestyles, blah, blah, blah............. -
MG, what's for lunch? Brought one or heading out? It's still nice at the teens isn't it? But it was windy yesterday. My fingers were freezing as I harvest my chillies.

How are your preparations for your departure coming along?
The agency's rushing me to submit the application to the nursing board for my licence already but I don't really wanna rush things yet. It's still a tad too early. Timing is of the essence! It's not like I can leave tomorrow!
I'm now discarding things and sorting things out at leisure. I've tons to go through so that'll be a royal pain in the derriere!
Worse, today, I received news that contrary to what was promised, the town council might actually insist on my unit having its pipes changed as part of upgrading, which means that there'll be major inconveniences to me.
Worse, it's all gonna happen when I'm on vacation too so I probably will have to get mom or someone to housesit for me. *grumbles -
