But have to see the condition and material of the clothings.
Note: CCC Market or BKK Thais don't really like us, cos they think Sporeans very very very Cheapstake! And it's true....

Remember to eat the roadside stalls in CCC Market. Very nice stuff!

Note: Do not go to this restuarant : Cabbages and Condoms. The food Suck big time...unless you're not used to local food then you may proceed to partake tourist food.
Personally, i condemn that place.
Bed Supper Club. I only reached the entrance until my gf forgot to bring her passport. So we headed back to hotel to collect her passport. Then the unfortunate happened.
She had stomache upset, so got to stay in.

Bargaining will not be very necessary. Because Cha Tuk Chat Market is already the wholesale market for the industry BKK. Meaning cheapest in BKK.
If you feel that it's too expensive and walk away, they won't cut down the price. Instead they'll continue doing their own stuff. Which in a way tells you that it's the lowest of the lowest le.
I remember there was once my gf and i was at CCC Market buying Greek Light products.
3 Polo Tees for 700 baht. Good quality ones.
So she asked for 680 baht....and the sales personnel said cannot already. Then she kept persuading them, didn't work. So she turned to me and asked 'so how, you want or not?'
Those sales guys turned to me. Which i was dumbfounded! I was caught off guard that my gf would throw stunt bomb at me.
I thought for a while and said ok 700 is ok.
She was so furious...because she felt that i didn't meet with her agenda.
So i explained to her.
Difference of 20 baht is less a SG dollar. I don't wish that they label us 'cheapstake' and not buy the clothings because of a SG dollar. It's silly!
It's a good gauge to bargain from 30%. No more 50% slash lo....those were hardcore shoppers who spoil market.
Usually if you buy more than 3 item in a shop, they'll automatically give the discount.
It's good to do your price list in SG first and go there and compare.
If it's possible to bargain then good la. If it's not, nothing to lose, cos it's already very cheap(50% cheaper?)
Actually i don't really consider it short. But unforseen circumstances ba.
Very tiring esp for shoppers like me.

if you see this roadstall selling ice cream check out, if its homemade coconut ice cream if yes.. Pls die die try it.. i tried and until now i cnt find in other place.

their fruits like mango called "parrot mango" must eat very sweet.. dnt be deceive by the green skin. Their 'candy like" pinapple so frest yet so sweet nt like sg one.. and it doesn't cut tougue

LOL I figured there has to be more to the place than just eat and shop!! ( I know this sounds dubious coming from a shopaholic :p ) But yeah, I think I'd devote a half day or so doing the one-off tourist/cultural/ historical thing

I miss Bangkok... would surely go back there for the food and shopping... but I feel that Bangkok is a place with soul, and I liked that.

i really felt like a queen there lor.. spend money really dun need to think one.. even gave tips to the bell boy and the taxi uncle
anyway i stayed at prathunam park hotel.. i think its a new hotel, really nice place... very clean... except the breakfast buffet everyday serve same stuffs... aiyo i stay there 5 days 4 nights i think... eat until so sian... lol
i love JJ mkt!!! which is the chatuchak mkt... so many girly things for me to buy wuahahaha!!! i think i bought over 20-30 pieces of tops n bottoms, about 10 earrings and bracelets... hmmm hair clips etc.....
My bf bought those bermudas n tops, and he said it was exactly like those from Freshbox, the shop in bugis junction.... the shop sells around $30 for 1 berms... in bkk, only $12!!!!!!!!
and those ladies' wear from Hula n Co, the shop in far east, Cineleisure... all from BKK!!! also in BKK is less than half price....

Well yeah it's clean, but Good service? I'm not sure how you label a 3 star hotel with good service - any Customer's excellent satisfaction story to share?
The horror was that we went shopping and went back to hotel at 8pm.
When we reached the level which we're staying. The whole floor was dim...well...we proceed to walk along the corridor. (Our room is one end)
The best part is the whole corridor have no light! So we were searching for our room in the dark, looking for room key slot. My gf almost got freaked out and fainted.
