before i go sleep, may i say that i am falling in love with Nigella Lawson

she has this wonderful show about food and how to prepare the stuff.. it's almost sensual how she does it

gleaned a couple of recipes from her show...
Chocolate Pavlova6 egg whites, whisked like a meringue.. and 300gms of sugar, slowly added to the whisked egg whites..
add vinegar
add 3 spoonful of cocoa powder (sieved)
add 1/2 bar of the best dark chocolate you can find (chopped up)
fold in gently..
spoon the stuff onto baking paper which is on a tray...
bung into oven set at 180 degrees.. (to cook the outside into a crisp quickly) then turn the heat down to 160 for 1 1/4 hours..
when it's taken out, allow to cool and whack a whole lot of whipped double cream and fruit (raspberries or blackberries are wonderful) and shave a whole pile of chocolate onto it...
Cold Noodlesbuckwheat noodles, cooked and then chilled quickly in icy water...
throw over a "sauce" which is more just coating and flavouring.. made of.. vinegar, honey, soy sauce and a dash of sesame seed oil...
add a lot of scorched or freshly roasted sesame seed, and some finely chopped spring onions (near the root)..
mix and eat
