I once watched a video of how animals were killed
give me a scare, they were cuffed then sliced up, tear running down their eyes
but i was back to chicken and bacon soon after -
I've seen my mum slaugther a chicken when I was young. It was ok. But I don't think I can kill a chicken.....if it was a pig or a cute little lamb I don't think I can stomach that.

When I was a kiddo, grandma would buy live chickens to slaughter herself. Before she killed them, I'd play with them in the bathroom. She would then chase me away to the bedroom and lock herself in the bathroom with the chicken when she did the slaughtering so I never got to see what happened till when I was much older.
Have seen my dad kill crabs before cooking them too.
And, I'm still an omnivore! -
