Well, yeah... you cannot predict who will get cancer. Very healthy people who eat healthily and exercise regularly can suddenly come down with cancer too.
Some cancers are so malicious, the person dies less than a month after diagnosis.

Y'know, in my chick flicks thread, I was thinking of putting up images of the suggested movies, but instead of putting them up one-by-one, I'd like them to be put side by side as one image, so I don't use up too much server space...
