I'm not a fan of kenyon,and the only thing i'm grateful to him about was not bringing ronaldinho to man utd..of course excluding all the great contracts he negiotiated for us too..
Chelsea will be self sufficient by the next 5-7 years..They were the 3rd most money making club after Madrid and Man Utd if i'm not wrong,and with all the good players,as long as we don't go out and spend 30-50 Millions on players each year,we can be self sufficient,and that is the long term goal..Plus with state of the art facilities,we are already looking at developing youth talents..

i dunno about everyone else, but i'm pretty disturbed by the cynicism around...
because we are winning, it doesn't matter if we are disrespectful of everything and it doesn't matter if the future is sold for instant gratification? that seems to be the attitude of a lot of the people around these days...
also, kinda worried about deaddude.. he says that he's got an evil brother, his mom cannot control his brother.. and that because of that, he's depressed and cannot fathom anyone "suffering more than himself"..
and when given examples and told him that he's actually pretty lucky and to think about others who have problems worse than his a million times over, and still manage, and that he should think about that and overcome his problems, he seemed agitated..
i'm worried.. is our future generation so filled with cynicism that nothing matters except i, me, myself and that any means is okay as long as there's instant gratification?
or am i thinking too hard..
i wish i could see more people who are positive and optimistic but how often do you see that? if the posts in the forums are indicative of anything, it's that the world is becoming more and more cynical..
and that is scary... -
