they're specifically for migraine problems.. and that only.. they constrict the blood vessels in the brain.. which sometimes dilate due to something causing a pressure buildup in the brain which hurts like blazes.. we call it migraine

My take is, if you really love someone, you wouldn't wait THAT long to welcome him/her into your life!
If you hesitate THAT much, then maybe, you don't really love him/her.
Because, if you really love the person, you'd accept them for who they are, faults, warts, and all! If need to consider so much, like so ... mian3 qiang2, treat the person like as if he/she ain't THAT worth it, as if he/she doesn't deserve you! 
Someone who does that hemming and hawing on me, ain't worth it! -
it's not a matter of waiting silently while the person doesn't know..
it's a matter of "you're always welcome here" and she knows it.. she needs to do something else first.. and she says "please wait for me.."
