Y'know, MG... I resorted to shouting and expletives after the nth time I had to call to get help.
Sadly, that was what got things rolling. -
so, trample on the guy.. while at it, maybe miss out on what could be a wonderful relationship..

I'm not going to trample on guys who are genuinely nice to me.
But to the majority who play that kinda game, hell yeah! I shall roll up my sleeves and get dirty too playing the same game! -

I got my window fixed super fast by saying 'thanks' to the right people, and increasingly turning up the anger / firm thing when it was needed.
Let the right people know you're angry and know what you want to fix the problem using the best way that's needed. Different strokes for different folks. -

you have read too many trashy magazines which tell a pile of crap about men.. usually written by hateful and bitter women who probably went after the aforementioned "unattainable" men who rebuffed them
sadly, there may be more truth in that statement about the bitter women than a mere gag
