ok ok.. back to topic, please dnt scratch your scalp with fingernails if you are doing so.
Try using Tip/ ball of fingers to do the massage or 'scratching stroke', massaging improve blood circulation.
For shampoo pls dnt use Head & Shoulder (dandruff) if you ain't having dandruff coz it's chemical for stopping or removing dandruff will tend to work on ur healthy scalp.
and for info, our hair ain't that clean even straight after washing unless you are using 'cleansing shampoo' once or twice a month.
Last not least please don't torture ur little fur by washing twice per day. it make the oil gland in scalp to overwork.

seems like you are stressing ur scalp then having scalp problems, esp with your extra helping in washing those furs twice per day !

personally i dnt use panteen .. my scalp itch when i use it.
i am sticking to SATINIQUE Moisturising Detangler. -
