i've got 3 to face for my officers...
then i got to face one for myself...
sadly, all the top-down systems are less than useless.. as in, they were designed by the idiots up top who don't have to use it..
the bottom-up systems, those that are designed by the users, have been working beautifully... that is.. until the top management decide to "modify it"
how come the higher they climb, the dumber they get?

Maybe, a small blood clot develops in their veins, gets dislodged and then it moves up the bloodstream, nicely, slowly, up to their brains, where it lodges itself in an artery, thus decreasing bloodflow and therefore, oxygen supply to the brain. Gradually, their oxygen-deprived brain gets ischaemic (dies off) and taaaa-daaaaa!... they become dumber!
It's a health condition that afflicts management. The subordinates, who move around a lot, ironically, are protected from DVT.

In all the cookbooks and cooking shows that I've watched, Paella is a rice dish!
Maybe, the noodle version is some modern modification?
